RETURNS POLICY

Pease understand that we are a small business without the ability to process mass returns. We know our customers deserve the best shopping experience and we want to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. If an item you purchased arrived misprinted or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item by sending an email to Contact@TrebleMarket.com and we will work with you to make things right.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the item to be eligible for a return, you must contact us at Contact@TrebleMarket.com within 14 days of purchase.
We do not accept returns for custom orders or personalized orders. However, if there was a mistake made on our part, we will work with you to make any corrections and replace the item at no cost to you. In order to be considered for a return of this nature, please see the conditions outlined below.
The following goods are rarely offered on our site, but will not be accepted for returns:
Any goods, which according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over
Any goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (this includes bathing suits and face masks).
Any goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
To initiate a Return Claim
You will need to send an email using this link: Contact@TrebleMarket.com. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the misprinted or faulty items. All claims for misprinted/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.
Only regular priced goods may be considered for return/refund. Unfortunately, goods on sale or clearance will not be returned.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
Wrong Address Provided
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed Goods for any Reason
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
Improper Size Ordered
It is strongly recommended that you check the size charts prior to placing your order. If you have specific questions on sizes, please email us at Contact@TrebleMarket.com and we will make every attempt to respond to your inquiries in a timely manner. If you’ve ordered the wrong size, please contact us within 14 days so we can assist with making the order right.
Notification for EU Consumers:
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
Therefore Treble Market reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This entire Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
