When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows for printed items:
USA: 3–4 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days
Australia: 7–14 business days
Japan: 10-20 business days
International: 10–20 business days
Where will my order ship from?
Treble Market LLC is a Michigan, USA based company. Our handmade products ship directly from us to you. Our printed items (clothing, print & design, custom creations, accessories, etc.) ship from our on-demand partners. We work with on-demand order fulfillment companies with facilities worldwide!
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Should you have questions regarding sizes, please contact us at Contact@TrebleMarket.com and we will do our best to respond in a timely manner. For more information, please refer to our Returns Policy.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
Ask your local post office if they have your package
Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at Contact@TrebleMarket.com with your order number, tracking number, and a brief description of the issue(s) you’re experiencing. Return/Refund decisions will be made at our discretion. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we will do our best to send you a replacement order, but this cannot be guaranteed on any items, especially limited stock items. All shipping will be at your own cost.
How are the products made?
Our woodworking/carpentry and candle/wax items are made exclusively in-house, by our small family business, Treble Market LLC. For all other items (printed works, clothing, accessories, etc.) are designed by us. We work with partners to bring our designed products to life and offer them to our customers. Our partners have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at Contact@TrebleMarket.com.
I received a misprinted/faulty product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived improperly. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at Contact@TrebleMarket.com within 7 days of receipt of the damaged product. Please include photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
What’s your return policy?
Pease understand that we are a small business without the ability to process mass returns. We know our customers deserve the best shopping experience, and we’ve been there, buyer’s remorse happens, but please be advised that all purchases from Treble Market are final. Conditional exceptions will only be made in situations where an item purchased arrived misprinted or faulty within 7 days of the buyer’s receipt of goods. In order to be considered for a return of this nature, please see the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy. Please note: We do not accept returns without an initial order review. Based on that review, we will work with you to handle your order accordingly.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive misprinted or faulty items and based solely on our discretion. If you have a situation and need assistance, please contact us at Contact@TrebleMarket.com with photos of misprinted/damaged items and we’ll respond as soon as we can.
